Recognises emerging talent and the most promising next-generation founder or team. This award is for the best Al agent developed by a participant under 21 years of age. For team entries, the entry must be youth-led, with the lead applicant under 21 years of age at the time of registration.

24 teams will move forward and prepare to pitch their AI Agents on the semi-final stage. The selected high-potential teams will also be announced and join the Tech Accelerator Programme.

Who Can Join

Open to anyone ready to solve a real problem with an AI Agent, including students, tech enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, innovators and app experts from around the world. The Championship welcomes both technical and non-technical participants.

No minimum age to enter the Championship. Participants entering the Youth Category must be under 21 years of age at the time of registration

Participation

Individual and team entries are accepted. Maximum team size: 6.

  • Each entry must present an original AI Agent solution from any industry or sector.
  • The AI Agent submitted must be at the idea, prototype or early MVP stage and must not already be a fully commercialized solution. Existing businesses may apply if they are proposing a new AI-agent solution or capability.
  • While applications may start at the idea, prototype or early MVP stage, finalists reaching the Grand Final must present a fully functional, working AI Agent on stage.
  • The AI Agent must not be copied or taken from an existing repository.
  • The solution must protect personal, confidential and organizational data and prevent information leakage.

  • Participation in the Championship’s training programmes and webinars is recommended but not mandatory. Follow the official channels for all competition updates and announcements.

An Al agent is more than a chatbot. It can understand a goal, make decisions, use tools and take action to complete a task.

Unlike traditional Al, which usually responds to a single prompt, an Al agent can plan multiple steps, connect with other systems, learn from results and keep working towards an outcome.

Your challenge is to turn a real problem into a functional Al agent with the potential to become a useful product, service or scalable venture.

The Al Agents Championship is open to everyone regardless of age or location, whether in the UAE or anywhere else in the world. This includes students, tech enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, innovators and app development experts. The Youth Category is reserved for entries led by a participant under 21 years of age at the time of registration.

First step: Register for the Championship to access the platform, learning videos, workshops and other participant resources.

The Championship begins with registration and learning activities in October 2026. Registrations close in December 2026, semifinalists are announced in February 2027, and the competition concludes with the Grand Final in the first week of May 2027.

No. Participation in the Al Agents Championship is free of charge. Participants are responsible for any costs associated with developing their solution.

No. The competition welcomes participants with varying levels of experience.

We offer online courses for beginners and resources for experienced developers to enhance their skills.

Yes. You can collaborate with others and enter as a team, with a maximum of 6 members per team. Specific team-related guidelines will be provided during registration.

During the registration stage (Nov-Dec), each team member must register individually to access the platform and learning resources.

Yes. We offer mentoring sessions and online workshops to support participants throughout the competition, with insights from industry experts and business leaders.

Yes. During the submission stage (Nov-Jan), you can submit more than one application.

There is no need to register twice as a participant during the enrolment stage (7 Oct-Jan).

No. You can apply with an idea, prototype or early-stage MVP. However, if you progress to the Grand Final, you'll be expected to present a fully working Al agent on stage - not just an MVP - demonstrating live functionality to the judges.

The registration form and all related submission materials must be submitted in English only.

A total of USD 750,000 in grants is available. Each category winner will receive a USD 150,000 grant to support the development and growth of their Al-agent solution and business. One of the four core category winners will also receive the Championship's highest recognition – the title of Dubai Al Agent of the Year-along with additional funding.
