This webinar will provide an update on the UAE's evolving virtual asset regulatory landscape, with a particular focus on developments in Dubai and VARA's regulatory framework. The webinar will also provide an opportunity to discuss recent regulatory developments and enforcement trends, as well as the practical challenges faced by businesses seeking to navigate the UAE's increasingly sophisticated virtual asset regulatory environment. VARA's current framework includes compulsory Company, Compliance and Risk Management, Technology and Information, and Market Conduct Rulebooks, alongside activity-specific requirements.
