Eligibility Criteria

 To ensure a meaningful peer-to-peer learning experience, applicants should meet the following criteria: 

• Business Location: The family business should be headquartered in the Emirate of Dubai.
• Age Range: Ideal candidates are between 19 and 30 years old. Exceptions may be considered based on individual experience, learning objectives, and relevance to the programme.
• Generational Status: Participants should be members of the second generation or beyond. The programme is thoughtfully tailored for next-generation leaders and is not intended for founding members.
• Experience Level: The program is ideally suited for individuals in the early to mid stages of their involvement in the family business. It is not intended for those who have held long-term senior roles or accumulated extensive experience, as there are other programs better aligned with their level of progression.

Programme Fees

• Fee per participant: AED 3,500 (excluding VAT)

• Sponsorship: 75% remaining fee is sponsored by Dubai Centre for Family Businesses
