Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s Centre for Responsible Business is pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming Sustainability 365 workshop, FOOD IS NOT WASTE®: The Food System Under Pressure, an immersive business simulation focused on food security, resilience and circularity.

What happens when the food system comes under pressure? In this interactive ReThink® by Ehfaaz workshop, participants will take on different roles across the food value chain and respond to realistic disruptions affecting sourcing, supply, demand, surplus and resources.

Through team decisions, negotiation and practical circularity challenges, participants will explore how businesses can strengthen food security, reduce avoidable food waste, protect value and build more resilient food systems. The workshop is designed for professionals across different sectors and functions, and no specialist food-sector knowledge is required.

The workshop will be led by Mr. Aliyu Mohammed Ali, Co-Founder & CEO of Ehfaaz, a circular economy strategist, advisor and international speaker. Through ReThink® and FOOD IS NOT WASTE®, he focuses on translating circular economy principles into practical business decisions and action.
